Pick Your Own
How It Works
Individuals or Groups are welcome to visit the farm to enjoy Pick-Your-Own. Whether you’re doing DIY flower arrangements, making a big batch of sauce, or just looking for something fun to do with friends or coworkers, we’re happy to have you enjoy our farm.
Email Devin (devin@hungrywork.org) to schedule your pick-your-own visit. The PYO fee is $25 per person/picking bin, $50 per bucket of 100 flower stems, and additional arrangements can be made to suit your needs. We can accommodate groups of up to 20.
On the day-of, wear comfortable shoes, clothes, and sunscreen if necessary; bring gloves if desired, and be sure to bring a cooler or cooler bag if you are traveling from a distance
Upon arrival, we’ll show your group around the farm, provide some helpful harvest tips, and set you up with whatever is needed for the harvest (picking bins and buckets, flower jars, harvest tools, etc..)
Return your harvest bin and tools to the Farm Stand before leaving

NoteS & FAQ
Can we snack while we pick? Yes, but please be considerate of how much you are eating. Few things beat the taste of a crunchy sweet pepper fresh off the plant, and we want to share that joy with you!
Do you close if it rains? We are open rain or shine if you want to endure the elements. In very adverse weather, we will close for customer safety. Pre-purchased PYO reservations can be refunded or rescheduled due to poor weather.
Are Dogs Allowed? Dogs with good temperament are allowed as long as they are kept on-leash and are well-behaved, though they are not allowed in the picking fields. You may bring your dog to enjoy a walk around the perimeter trail, then return them to your vehicle in order to pick.
Do we pay per person? No, please email devin@hungrywork.org to arrange a reservation and make payment.
Are there amenities on-site? Yes, customers have access to an indoor restroom, filtered water for bottle refills, as well as picnic tables with umbrellas and chairs for relaxing. There’s usually some seltzer to enjoy, too!
Can we take photos of the farm? We welcome you to take photos and tag us on social media :) If you would like to have a professional photo shoot, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance.
How much can I pick? The per-person fee is based upon filling a picking bin, enough to supply one’s veggie needs for a week (and then some). Flower harvests are counted by the stem. Upon arrival and check-in, we will let you know what can be picked and suggested quantities.
Can we rent space for a private party? Yes, we can accommodate private events. Email Devin@hungrywork.org for more information.
Can I harvest flowers for my wedding? We’d love for you to use our flowers for your special day! Email Devin@hungrywork.org to discuss pricing/details.
